We are looking for a seasoned Application Consultant to join our Professional Services Practice.   The Application Consultant is responsible for providing the interface between our clients and our technical team to successfully implement TRIRIGA into the client environment.  The Application Consultant will facilitate configuration and deployment of solutions to improve client’s operational performance.   The Application Consultant will conduct analysis, requirements clarification and functional design specification for the implementation of TRIRIGA solution into the client’s technology environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted Advisor to clients.  Fully engage with clients as the subject matter expert to develop recommendations.
• Create clear and comprehensive specifications for TRIRIGA implementation to meet the client’s requirements.
• Define and document client’s specific business needs and application requirements.
• Create the process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, functional design document and reporting specifications.
• Develop strong customer relationships to ensure all documentation, data and reports are accurate and comprehensive.
• Troubleshoot issues and problems discovered on customer’s installation.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance function
• Collaborate cross functionally; Provide technical and analytical guidance to Application Development team.
• Work with databases, web services, Java and other technologies as required.

Required

• 10 years + experience with TRIRIGA
• 10 years+ experience creating functional design documentation, leading process workshops, leading design sessions, creating the process diagrams, use cases, and gap analysis.
• 5 years + experience, with an emphasis on Operations and Maintenance (CMMS) functionality
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
• Problem solving – Well versed in providing IT solutions to address the needs of the business
• Experience in the Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Application Developer is responsible for complex requirements analysis, solution design, product modification and customization of the TRIRIGA software, an Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) solution to meet the clientele requirements.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and modify software applications to meet customer requirements:

• Design, Develop, implement, and test the software application to meet the projects performance and interface requirements and reporting.   Expand or modify the system to improve workflow.
• Analyze complex business requirements to determine solution design.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Understand business customer requirements; perform gap analysis and customizing application.
• Customization of specifications including user interfaces, business object definition and corresponding data structures, functional workflows and custom JAVA modules. 
• Review and analyze computer performance indicators to locate code problems, and correct errors by correcting codes.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.

• Troubleshoots system environments and manage technical action logs to resolve bugs/issues with Database Management System (DBMS) software and provide outage resolution support, monitor for recurring database issues and maintain database to ensure data integrity.
• Perform Data Mapping, Design, and document data migration processes for existing content.
• Develop reports to analyze the development and configuration process.
• Confer with clients regarding optimization of software system and maintenance.
• Provide knowledge on Data Migration, Object Migration, Basic Debugging tools to end user on a regular basis through telephonic conversations and web sessions.

Document unique business customer requirements

Support IWMS Systems Operations

• Maintains a technical level of knowledge for all supported systems. This includes expertise in utilities, operating system, and system management.
• Store, retrieve, and work on data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

Support Customer end user

• Provide users with assistance solving software related problems, such as malfunctions and programming issues.

REQUIRED/DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Experienced with IBM TRIRIGA Application development, Data migration, Integration for IBM TRIRIGA functional modules.

Support development and configuration of all aspects of IBM TRIRIGA applications.

Good understanding of the software development life cycle.

Design and develop efficient IBM TRIRIGA solutions for break fixes and/or implementation of new solutions considering immediate business requirements and maintainability, ensure smooth UAT, go-live and post go-live handoffs. 

Follow development best practices when implementing new solutions and configuring existing implementation.

 Working knowledge of Application upgrades.

Ability to review and understand server logs.

Design, develop and deliver interface solutions using REST API

Working knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA inbuilt Tools: Data Modeler, Data Integrator, Integration Object, Data Connect, Workflow builder, Job Scheduler etc.

Integrating IBM-TRIRIGA with the ESRI Arc GIS.

BIRT Report development.

UX development, ETLs, Java scripting

Knowledge of RDBMS including ORACLE, MS SQL Server or IBM DB2
